Many Voices: A Collective History of Fort Erie is our comprehensive collection of historical essays, stories and pictures published by the Fort Erie Museum Board.

Its 48 chapters were written by volunteers and include topics such as the natural environment, military, transportation, education, churches and business. With a complete index of names, it has become a valuable tool for researchers and genealogist, educators, historians and the curious.

More than 400 photographs culled from Museum archives and private collections help bring to life the stories of how greater Fort Erie has evolved over centuries.

Our first edition which numbered 444 pages was published in 1996 and our initial print run of more than 3,000 has been sold out. A second revised edition will be available in early spring 2004 and will feature more articles, new photographs and expanded coverage based on new research.
